Cancelation Policy

Please give us 24 hr notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to a $50 no show fee. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Appointment Policy

We love children and pets, but please do not bring them to your appointment. The environment may not be safe for them.

Referral Policy

Referral credit may be redeemed on standard price treatments. A minimum purchase value may be required.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Patients are responsible for additional services as recommended to achieve their desired goals.

Your privacy is important to us. The Natural Aesthetic, LLC complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. The information you voluntarily provide through our website and/or booking software is used for the purpose of services provided. If you would like to remove or modify your personal information, please email us at info@thenaturalaestheticllc.com. We do not share personal identifying information unless otherwise compelled to do so through legal processes or if information is required to finalize a payment for services rendered.
